Dragon Hunters

The Professor needs help writing his book about dragons and your KS1 class might be able to help.

Time Capsule Education’s Dragon Hunters’ experience is designed specifically for KS1. It is an interactive session in which the children will learn about different types of dragons, where they come from, what they eat, look at the equipment used to catch dragons, handle dragon related artefacts and watch a dragon soar. They then help the professor create some sentences about some of the dragons, so he can write them in his book and  they can write them after the session.

The session is based around our collection of unique artefacts, artwork and sentence building kit.

The Professor comes to school bringing his collection of Dragon related items and can set up his ‘encampment’ inside the school hall, or during the summer and autumn, in the school grounds.

Each class session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and can be tailored to different year groups in KS1 or EYFS.
